If I would have written some words this morning, this is what I would have wrote.
What a great blog. I feel the same way, and she puts it so elegantly.

I promise, this too shall pass! I wish we lived closer, I’d be happy to play with her while you got some things done.
You’re shaping your wonderful daughter into a lovely lady, don’t forget that – she needs you and you are vital to what she will become. A big job I know, but you’re doing it so well. I quote I once read about mothering, “the days are long, but the years are short”. (((HUGS)))
melissa is right. the days are long, but the years are very short. i know…hard to see that from where you are right now. i remember those days very well. thought they would never end. hang in there. the strong bond you are creating now will serve you both well in the future…like in ten years when she’s a teenager.
Hey, I could totally relate to that post. LOL. Tomorrow is another day. I once heard that if you are putting a child to bed and are thinking about all the things you want to get done when the child is asleep that bedtime process seems to last forever. If you just “be” with the process without those same expectations then the time seems to go much less stressfully. Sometimes the hardest part of parenting is changing our expectations to fit with what’s really going to happen. One day, you will wake up and realize it’s easier and you don’t really know when that happened.
